On Point Long Term Property Management 

 has been in the making since November 2024. Our effective date of opening is February 15. 2025. We are a new company in North Carolina and will be operating in Brunswick, New Hanover, and Pender Counties.  On Point  Long Term Property Management is owned and operated by Tom Johnson. Tom has been in real estate for 18 years. He began a second career in real estate when he retired after 4 years of military service that includes a tour of duty in Vietnam and 32 years on the streets in North & South Carolina as a law enforcement officer. Torn retired as Chief of Police, capping a career filled with memories that he should put into writing.  <More>
